摘要
目的探讨同步个性化健康教育在紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗晚期肺癌患者中的实施效果。方法选择采用常规健康教育方法进行健康教育的2006年12月~2009月12月接受紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗的晚期肺癌患者44例为对照组,与采用同步个性化健康教育方法进行健康教育的2010年1月~2012年1月接受紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗的晚期肺癌患者44例患者为观察组,采取口头询问和发放自制调查评估表的方式进行测评。结果观察组患者在情绪变化、对健康知识的掌握程度、治疗依从性和自我护理能力以及患者满意度调查方面明显好于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论采用同步个性化健康教育对接受紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗晚期肺癌患者及家属进行健康教育,可明显改善该患者的焦虑、悲观等负性情绪、提高化疗患者治疗的依从性和治疗效果,对提高晚期肺癌患者的生活质量有着积极意义。
Objective To investigate the implementation effects combined treatment of advanced lung cancer with paclitaxel and cer receiving combined treatment of paclitaxel and nedaplatin of synchronous personalized health education in the nedaplatin. Methods 88 cases of advanced lung can- were included in the study. 44 cases in the control group were treated from December 2006 to December 2009 and received conventional health education, while 44 cases in the observation group were treated from January 2010 to January 2012 and received synchronous personalized health education. Patients were evaluated with verbal inquiries and assessment questionnaire compiled by the researchers. Results The patients in the observation group were significantly better in mood changes (P 〈 0.01), the level of health knowledge, treatment adherence and self-care ability, as well as patient satisfaction than in the control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Synchronous personalized health education given to advanced lung cancer patients and their fami- lies can significantly improve the patient's anxiety, pessimism and other negative emotions, improve their treatment ad- herence and therapeutic effect of chemotherapy, thus it is valuable in improving the quality of life of patients with ad- vanced lung cancer.
