Pb、Cd单一及复合胁迫对桂花幼苗生理生化特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用土壤盆栽试验法,以桂花幼苗为对象,选择重金属Pb在质量比分别为0,50,100,500,1000和2000mg/kg条件下,Cd在质量比分别为0,1,10,50,100和200mg/kg条件下,研究了不同浓度Pb、Cd单一及复合胁迫对桂花幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在试验条件下,随Pb和Cd处理浓度增加,桂花幼苗叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,POD活性先升后降,MDA含量呈上升趋势。Pb、Cd复合胁迫的毒性效应高于单一胁迫的毒性效应。 Physiological and biochemical reactions of Osmanthus fragrans (Thunb.) Lour to Pb, Cd exposure, both separately and combined , were studied comprehensively in this paper. The results reveal that with exposure to the rising level of Pb,Cd, either separately or together, chlorophyll appeared to decline significantly , while peroxidase (POD) activities rose initially, then dropped later, malondialdehyde(MDA) exhibited increased level. The tests also show the combined Pb and Cd exposure exhibited severe toxicity than either Cd or Pb stress seperatelv.
