摘要
老年便秘的病因多元化,病情复杂,病程较长,严重影响着老年人的生活质量。本文探讨了老年便秘的病位、病因和病机,并基于此将其分为气阴两虚、肾阳亏虚、瘀热互结3个证型,相应地在治疗上采取益气养阴法、温补肾阳法、泄热逐瘀法三法进行辨证治疗。
Senile constipation with kinds of etiopathogenisis, complicated pathogenetic condition and long disease course effects the life quality of the senior severely. In this article, the sick position, etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of senile constipation were discussed. The author divided it into three different types, Qiyin Liangxu type, Shenyang Kuixu type and Yure Hujie type, therefore the treatments determined by the differentiation of symptoms and signs were also divided into three types accordingly, that was Yiqi Yangyin method, Wenbu Shenyang method and Xiere Zhuyu method.
