Pillar治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效分析

摘要 目的分析应用椎体支柱块(Pillar)治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的可行性和疗效观察。方法应用Pillar治疗15例胸腰骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折。结果本组15例全部随访,时间为6~12个月。术后VAS评分明显改善,椎体高度明显增加,后凸畸形Cob角显著减少。结论 Pillar能有效缓解疼痛,改善活动功能,是治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的安全有效的方法。
