摘要
住宅建筑产品的产业化改革是十分复杂的系统工程,经过近50年的探索,认为住宅产业化是建造住宅产品完整的成套技术;实现住宅产业化的技术关键是继续进行结构体系和墙体材料改革;住宅建筑产品的产业化改革,须组织设计、科研、生产、施工一体化联合攻关并力求做到技术上切实可行,工程经济造价相对合理。
Industrial reformation of residential buildings is a rather complex systematic process. After nearly 50 years＇ exploration, it is found that the housing industrialization lies in the complete packaged technology of constructing residential buildings. Continuous reformation of structural system and wall materials is still the key point for realization of housing industrialization. It is necessary to launch the industrial reformation of building products through integration of organizational design, scientific research, production and construction, by means of striving for practical technology and reasonable cost of construction.
