建立健全长效机制是创先争优活动成果转化运用的主要途径,也是保持和发展党的先进性、纯洁性的有效举措。创先争优长效机制的构建可以从组织领导机制、学习教育机制、选树典型机制、服务群众机制、激励保障机制、考核评价机制、监督约束机制等方面入手。
To establish and improve long-term mechanism is the main way to transfer and use the achievements of striving for excellent performances, but also the effective initiatives to maintain and develop the Party＇s advanced nature and purity. The construction of long- term mechanism of striving for excellent performances should start from organization and leadership mechanisms, learning and education mechanisms, selecting and building typical mechanism, mechanism for service to masses, incentive safeguard mechanism, assessment mechanism and supervision and restraint mechanisms.
