比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯联合治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心衰临床观察 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯联合治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察。方法 2010年8月至2012年8月期间,我院诊治的48例风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭患者,随机将其分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(联合治疗),每组各24例,观察和比较两组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、射血分数(LVEF),以及6min行走距离。结果与对照组相比,治疗后观察组患者的LVEDD、LVESD明显降低,LVEF明显升高,6min行走距离明显增多,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯联合治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭的疗效显著,值得临床推广。
