摘要
开放学校在世界范围已成为很多国家普及中等教育、促进教育公平和教育系统改革的重要途径,然而在我国的相关实践与研究却较为缺乏。本文基于国内外开放学校相关文献研究,首先,对开放学校的概念、内涵、特征、历史起源、实践组织模式、教学模式与学生支持进行梳理;其次,选择印度、纳米比亚、澳大利亚、加拿大四个国家的开放学校典型案例进行深入分析;最后,结合我国开放学校相关实践现状,在反思国外开放学校实践经验基础上,对政府角色、开放学校的定位以及质量保证三个问题进行讨论。笔者期望本文能为我国中学层次开放教育系统构建以及相关研究提供参考与启示。
Open schools in the world, has become an important way to universal secondary education, promote equity in education and reform education system in many countries, however, in China's relevant practice and research is relatively lack. Based on litera- ture study of open schools at home and abroad, first of all, on the open school concept, connotation, characteristics, historical origins, practice organizational model, teaching model and students support to sort out; Second, choose the countries of India, Namibia, Aus- tralia, Canada open schools in a typical case of an in - depth analysis ; Finally, combined with the status quo of our open schools prac- tice, to reflect on the basis of practical experience on the open school abroad, for the three issues of the role of government, open the positioning of the school as well as quality assurance to be discussed. The author expect that this article will provide a reference and in- spiration for our middle - level open education system construction and related research.
