摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选取本院腹腔镜手术治疗的异位妊娠患者42例为观察组,随机抽取同期开腹手术治疗的异位妊娠42例为对照组。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术作为微创外科手术,诊治异位妊娠准确性高、安全可靠、术后恢复快,值得临床大力推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery used in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Forty-two patients with ectopic pregnancy treated with laparoscopic surgery were chosen as observationgroup. Clinical data of 42 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by laparotomy in the same period were randomly selected as control group. Results The operative time, blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospitalstays of observation group was less than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion As a minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopic surgery can diagnose and treat ectopic pregnancy with high accuracy,safety and reliability and patients can gain rapid postoperative recovery. Laparoscopic surgery is worthy of vigorously clinical promotion.
