摘要 随着数控技术的发展和数控机床的广泛应用,精通各类数控设备电气设计、安装、调试与维修的技术人员日益成为社会紧缺人才,而学校普遍缺乏实用和合适的实训教学设备,所以我们研究和开发了基于真实数控车的数控设备故障检测与维修实训平台。该平台能方便地设置多种故障,具有操作简单、直观、易于理解的特点,尤其适合于中、高职数控技术应用、数控设备装调与维修、机电设备安装与维修、电气运行与控制等专业的实训教学。 As the development of CNC technology and the widely use of CNC lathe,technicians who are proficient in electric designing,setting,testing and repairing of CNC facilities are talents on demand of our society.But there are lacks of practical and suitable training facilities in technical colleges.So we have developed and manufactured a training platform for fault detection and repair based on the real CNC lathe.On the training platform,a variety of fails can be set up easily.This training platform is simple in operating,intuitive,and easy to understand.It is suitable for training at specialties of CNC,mechanical-electrical equipment,electrical operation and control,etc.
