不同部位泪液分泌试验的对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究不同部位取样进行泪液分泌试验对其结果的影响。方法对就诊的有干眼症状患者150例300眼,将泪液检测滤纸条随机先后放入双下睑结膜囊中外1/3和双下睑结膜囊中内1/3,5 min取出滤纸条,并记录泪液浸湿的长度,采用自身前后对照的方法进行比较。结果两部位泪液浸湿长度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双下睑结膜囊中外1/3和中内1/3的泪液检测结果无差异。
