高效抗逆转录病毒疗法治疗25例艾滋病病毒感染者/患者效果观察

摘要
我市为首轮全球基金艾滋病项目县,为观察我市国家免费艾滋病抗病毒药物治疗效果,我们选择了部分病例进行了研究。目前,国际上通用的预测疾病进展和观察疗效的指标是病毒载量和CD4＋细胞计数[1]。因此,结合我市实际情况,选用了体重、CD4＋数量、病毒载量三项指标进行观察,结果如下。
