摘要
低碳经济已经成为时代的主流,是贯彻落实科学发展观,转变经济增长方式,实现可持续发展的必然选择。研究英国、美国低碳经济投融资体系,对其政策经验进行分析,为完善我国低碳经济投融资体系提供经验借鉴。
The low-carbon economy has become the mainstream of the times, and it is an inevitable choice for China to implement the scientific outlook on development, to transform economic growth mode, and to achieve sustainable development. Through a study of the investment and financing system for low-carbon economy in the United King- dom and the United States, and an analysis on their policy experiences, the paper indicates some implications which help improve the investment and financing system for low-carbon economy in China.
