摘要 高速铁路引入铁路枢纽方案的比选,在方案选择时各指标存在不确定性和模糊性,当定量与定性指标有冲突时,采用传统的工程量比较法不能直接选出最优方案。建立熵权模糊物元模型,采用熵权与专家的主观权重相结合的方法确定评价指标的综合权重,使权重确定更加合理,通过计算各备选方案与标准模糊物元之间的海明贴近度来实现方案的排序与择优。最后,以云桂高速铁路引入南宁铁路枢纽为例,说明本方法是有效可行的。 During scheme comparison for leading a high-speed railway into a railway terminal, there is uncertainty and ambiguity in each index. And when there is a conflict between the quantitative index and qualitative index, the traditional work-amount comparison method is unable to be directly used for selecting the optimal solution. So the entropy weight fuzzy matter-element model is built in this article, and the combination of the entropy weight and the expert's subjective weight is adopted to determine the integrated weight of evaluation index so as to make the determination of the weight more reasonable. By calculating the Haming similarity degree between each optional scheme and the standard fuzzy matter- element, the sorting and selecting for the schemes are achieved. Finally, the project of leading Yunnan-Guangxi High-speed Railway into Nanning Railway terminal is taken as an example so as to justify that this method is effective and feasible.
