摘要 动态增强MR成像是一种无创性、功能性的检查技术,可以通过多种参数来实时反映肿瘤组织内部的血流灌注变化等微观信息,借此可以早于肿瘤的形态学改变之前就能够体现治疗效果的变化情况,在对肺癌靶向治疗,放化疗后的组织学变化以及临床疗效评价方面已经表现出良好的效果,本文主要回顾相关文献就此方面进行综述。 Dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging is a non-invasive and functional technology, which could be used to assess curative effect of lung cancer early and really by more parameters through observing blood flow changes inside tumor, and has showed better effects for evaluating histological changes after targeted therapy and radiotherapy and chemotherapy and clinical evaluation of curative effect. This article mainly reviews these study progress.
