压缩变形对铁硅合金中MnS粒子析出行为的影响规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 对充分固溶及时效处理的铁硅合金Fe-3%Si-Mn-S在室温下进行了不同应变量的压缩变形,应用EBSD技术测定了样品中各形变晶粒的取向,以及利用SEM观测了各晶粒内部MnS析出粒子的形貌、尺寸及分布特征,探讨形变对MnS粒子析出行为的影响规律。结果表明:1)相同应变量下,不同取向晶粒内粒子析出存在差异,且随变形量增加,粒子尺寸变化率从1.6%逐步增加至62.4%,晶粒取向影响显著;2)随变形量增加,析出粒子的平均尺寸有明显起伏,而粒子面积百分量与粒子平均尺寸变化趋势呈反比;3)粒子被位错切碎同时有粒子形核析出;大粒子熟化与第二相粒子回溶同时存在。 The fully solution and aging treated Fe-3 % Si-Mn-S alloys were compressed at room temperature under different strains. The grain orientation was measured by EBSD and the microstructure, size and distribution of MnS precipitations were studied by SEM. The results show that 1 ) Different oriented grains within the particle precipitation varied, as the reduction increased, the effect of orientations on the size of precipitation also increased from 1.6% to 62.4%. 2) The size of the precipitation, which was inversely proportional to the area percentage fluctuated widely. 3) While the precipitation was cut up by dislocation, the new MnS particles precipitated. The coarsening of the particles and the dissolution behaviors of second phase particles coexisted.
