摘要
目的探讨复元明目汤联合中药穴位贴敷治疗视神经萎缩的疗效。方法将51例(72只眼)患者分为复元明目汤治疗组(26例,37只眼)和西医对照组(25例,35只眼)。前者予口服复原明目汤及患侧太阳穴贴敷中药药膏,后者予口服曲克芦丁、肌苷、腺苷钴胺、胞磷胆碱和维生素B1。均治疗4个疗程,比较2组视力、视野平均缺损、F-VEP P100波潜伏期情况。结果 1.视力疗效:复元明目汤治疗组:显效12只眼,有效20只眼,总有效率86.5%;西医对照组:显效4只眼,有效15只眼,总有效率54.3%。2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2.视野疗效:复元明目汤治疗组:显效14只眼,有效19只眼,总有效率89.2%;西医对照组:显效5只眼,有效15只眼,总有效率57.2%。2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3.VEP疗效:复元明目汤治疗组:显效10只眼,有效21只眼,总有效率83.8%。西医对照组:显效3只眼,有效15只眼,总有效率51.5%。2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复元明目汤方案治疗视神经萎缩,可有效改善视功能,提高患者生活质量。
OBJECTIVE To explore the curative effect of Fuyuan Mingmu Decoction for the treatment of optic atrophy（OA）.METHODS Fifty-one patients（72 eyes） were randomly divided into Fuyuan Mingmu Decoction treatment group（26 cases,37 eyes） and western medicine control group（25 cases,35 eyes）.Both groups were treated 4 courses.Sight,vision（MD） and average defect in P100dive-VEP P were observed.RESULTS（1） vision： total effectiveness of treatment group was 86.5%,while in control group was 54.3%（P 0.05）;（2） vision field： effective rate in treatment group（MD） was 89.2%,while in control group was 57.2%（P 0.05）;（3） VEP： total effective rate was 83.8% in treatment group,while in control group was51.5%（P 0.05）.CONCLUSIONS Fuyuan Mingmu Decoction could effectively improve visual function and quality of life of optic atrophy patients.
