摘要 [目的]提高新疆膜下滴灌棉花生产效率和水分利用效率,指导农民进行合理灌溉。[方法]采用Borland Delphi 7.0高级编程语言+Microsoft SQL Server 2000数据库、模块化程序设计思想、面向对象的集成开发模式。[结果]开发了棉田墒情远程监测信息管理系统。该系统运用农田墒情远程监测设备系统实时获取水分监测数据、通过Intemet远程获取中国气象科学数据共享平台中新疆全境自动气象站的实时气象数据、棉田苗情数据,判断棉花是否缺水并向农户手机发布棉田墒情状态和灌溉决策。系统在新疆生产建设兵团农六师105团2连、农八师149团11连、农八师150团12连自动化灌溉地进行了安装应用。[结论]采用该系统可制定出科学合理的灌溉决策,指导农民进行合理灌溉,使有限的水资源发挥最大的灌溉效益。 [ Objective] The research aimed to improve the drip irrigation of the mulching film in Xinjiang cotton production and water conservation and help farmers with reasonable irrigation. [ Method ] Borland Delphi 7.0 advanced programming language and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database, modular program design, and the integration of object- oriented development model were applied in this research. [ Result] The cotton field soil moisture remote monitoring and information management system have been developed. The system used real - time water monitoring data getting real- time meteorological data, field of farmland soil moisture remote monitoring equipment system for seedling information and similar data for the whole territory from various automatic weather stations in Xinjiang via China Meteorological Data Sharing Platform over the Internet. These obtained data could help us determine whether the soil needs water or we should publish/send related messages about the cotton field moisture status to farmers'cellular/mobile phones. [ Conclusion] The system has been installed and used in 2nd Agricultural Company of 105th Farming & Herding Regiment, Agricultural Production Division 6, llth Agricultural Company of 149th Farming & Herding Regiment, Agricultural Production .Division 8, and 12th Agricultural Company of 150th Farming & Herding Regiment, Agricultural Production Division 8 for automatic irrigation. Application analysis shows that the system can help to make a scientific and rational irrigation policy, and guide farmers to undertake reasonable irrigation, thus making the limited water resources to maximum irrigation efficiency.
