摘要
介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院异构脱蜡技术在齐鲁分公司尾油脱蜡装置工业应用情况,应用表明,以加氢裂化尾油为原料,在冷高分压力3.85 MPa、反应温度326℃时,润滑油基础油收率达到79.63%,减压分馏后各产品性质均符合要求。生产周期内运行平稳,反应温度由305℃提升至360℃,收率保持在75%~80%,说明异构脱蜡催化剂具有较好的稳定性和较高的目的产品收率。进行了专用催化剂国内首次再生,反应温度由360℃降至330℃以下,选择性能增强,产品性质改善。固定床反应器床层分配情况对反应有明显影响,工业生产中需要利用多种手段分析判断反应效果。
The application of isodewaxing process developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals in the tail oil isodewaxing unit in SINOPEC Qilu Company is introduced. The 4 years' commercial operation demonstrates that the onspec HVI base oil can be stably produced by the shape selective isomerizationcontinuous white clay treatment process with hydrocracker tail oil as feed under the low pressure operating conditions. The performance tests show that the lowpressure hydrogenation and shape selective isomerization process is good in hydrodewaxing, and the catalysts applied are satisfactory in reaction performance, high in objective product selectivity, good in stability and long in operation cycle. After regener ation of the special catalysts, the reaction temperature of the regenerated catalysts goes down, the catalyst se lectivity is enhanced and product quality is greatly improved. It is also pointed that the bed distribution of fixedbed reactor has an obvious impact on reaction. Multiple analysis methods shall be applied in operation to study the reaction results so that effective measures can be adopted when necessary.
