摘要
目的观察金嗓利咽丸联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将确诊为胃食管反流性咽炎的97例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予金嗓利咽丸联合奥美拉唑治疗，对照组仅给予奥美拉唑治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为89．8％，对照组为72．92％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床应用金嗓利咽丸联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流性咽炎明显优于单纯应用奥美拉唑治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical prazole on gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis. Methods flux pharyngitis were were given jinsangliy effect of jinsangliyan pills combined with ome- Ninety-seven patients with gastroesophageal re- randomly divided into treatment group and control group, patients in treatment group an pills combined with omeprazole, omeprazole. Results The total effective rate was 89.8% trol group, there were significant differences between the the patients in control group were only given in the treatment group and 72.92% in the con- two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The effect of jinsangliyan pills combined with omeprazole on gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis was better simple application of omeprazole.
