摘要
产业创新成为产业发展的驱动力,产业保有有效专利的数量在一定程度上反应了产业创新的质量。通过光伏产业有效专利的状态研究可以了解产业创新的质量,运用生存分析模型和及生命表理论分析方法对光伏产业的专利有效性研究揭示了当前我国光伏产业创新的质量差异。借助生命表分析方法对不同类别专利的专利权人各年的专利有效率S(x)、中位数及半衰期分析揭示出国外专利权人的光伏产业专利有效期最长、产业发展较为成熟,而国内的专利权人中个人申请量占多数,科研院所和个人的有效率最低,企业较高等专利有效性规律;并从专利角度反映了国内光伏产业整体的创新能力与国际创新能力的差异;结合国内实际指出了企业、科研院所加强自主创新能力的途径。
Industry innovation drives the industrial development, the quantity of patents in force reflects the quality of industry innovation in certain extent. Researching the patents in force of photovoltaic (PV) industry can help to comprehend the quality of industry innova- tion. Survival analysis model and life table method are used to study the patent validity of the PV industry to reveal differences of the cur- rent PV industry innovation quality between China and foreign countries. From analyzing the validity of different patents categories ( S ( x ) ), median and half-life in different years, some regular patterns are revealed, for like, the PV industry in foreign countries has devel- oped maturely, and patent validity is longer than China, individuals have applied for the majority of domestic patents and patent validity of enterprise is much higher in China and so on. Meanwhile, the differences of the innovation ability between china and foreign countries are revealed from the view of patent, and the way to strengthen the capability of independent innovation are pointed out for domestic enterpri- ses and science academy
