摘要
具有知识经济特征的民营科技企业在发展过程中受到多种外部环境因素的制约 ,文章提出了改善民营科技企业外部环境的对策思路 ,即为其营造良好的法制环境、政策环境、融资环境、服务环境及经营环境。
The non-governmental sci-tech enterprise which shows knowledge-economy characteristic has many outer restricting factors in its development.The article proposes some countemesasures of improvint the outer situation,that is building better legal environment,policy environment,financial environment,service environment and running environment.
