摘要
目前BSS系统主要采用基于CDR的离线计费方式,这种方式计费信息无法实时地与服务网元进行交互,因此不能实现对用户的实时信用控制,这样必然存在一定的欠费风险,而欠费风险的控制己经成为运营商待解决的问题,对BSS准实时计费系统进行了深入研究,结合目前BSS计费系统的现状,提出了实时欠费风险控制方案。
BSS systems using the offline charging based on the CDR,it emphasizes the billing information can not interact in real time with the service network elements which impact on the services provided,and therefore can not achieve real-time credit control user inevitablethere are certain risk of arrears,arrears risk control has become a carrier bearing in mind that the problem to be solved,the paper in-depth study of the functional modules BSS system quasi-real-time billing system,combined with the current situation of the BSS billing system proposedonline charging real-time delinquent risk control program.
