摘要
目的:观察二硫化碳(CS2)所致作业工人周围神经病变不同时期的神经传导。方法:将接触CS2 5~13年并确诊为周围神经病变的116例作业工人分为①以后脱离CSz作业环境5年的58例为观察组;②继续接触CS2环境5年的58例为对照组;比较观察组与对照组、对照组自身的神经传导速度(NCV)、远端潜伏期、远端波幅3个指标。结果:①观察组NCV、远端波幅值高于对照组,远端潜伏期比对照组缩短,两组3个指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。②对照组自身的3个指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:CS2作业工人在不同时期、不同环境的周围神经电生理有不同的表现,CS2对作业工人的职业危害随接触时间的延长而加重,且对周围神经的损害是可逆性的。
Objective:To observe the neural condution in different periods of peripheral neuropathy caused by carbon disulfide (CS2). Methods: 116 workers, exposed to CSz for 5 to 13 years and diagnosed as peripheral neuropathy, were divided into 2 groups: 58 cases with a 5-year detaehment to CS2 as the observation group,other 58 cases, (continuously exposed in CS2 environment for 5 years)were analysed betueen as the control group. Three indexes(nerve conduction velocity(NCV), distal latency and distant wave amplitude)the observation group and the control group and in the control group itself. Results: (1) The NCV and remote wave amplitude of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the distal latency was shorter than that of the control group. The comparison of the 3 indexes between the two groups,showed significant difference(P〈0.05). (2)The comparison of the 3 indexes of the control group itself showed statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion: There are different manifestations of peripheral neural electrophysiology in different periods and environments of the workers exposed to CS2, The occupational hazard of CS2 to the workers may be increasing with the time going by, if the exposure in CS2 environment eomtinues, and the damage of peripheral nerves is reversible.
