摘要
生态用地控制规划,改变了传统的"建设用地"规划,用"生态规划"的方式来限制土地利用、加强生态保护。对上海市基本生态用地的规划进行了详细的论述,明确了上海市各类生态用地的总量和布局结构,并结合规划管理分类分级划定生态网络空间控制线。为维护上海市生态安全,建设城乡一体化的基本生态网络提供理论依据。
The ecological land planning control has changed the traditional ＂construction land＂ planning with ＂Eco-planning＂ way to limit the land use and strengthen ecological protection. In this paper the basic ecological land planning of Shanghai are discussed in detail, made clear of the amount of various kinds of land ecosystem in Shanghai and the layout structure, and combined with the planning management classification ecological network space classification to delimit the line. The paper also provides theoretical basis to safeguard the Shanghai ecological safety and the construction of the urban and rural integration basic ecological network.
