没食子酸/硫酸铝改性脱细胞猪真皮基质的工艺优化及评价

摘要 用单因素实验方法,研究了没食子酸/硫酸铝交联改性脱细胞猪真皮基质(pADM)的基本性能。讨论了没食子酸/硫酸铝配比、碱化pH值、反应时间、加料顺序对脱细胞猪真皮基质交联改性的影响,并对改性产品进行了表征,同时对表征项目进行了评价,确定最佳工艺方案。结果表明:没食子酸/硫酸铝配比为1.0∶1.0,碱化pH值为5.5,反应时间为3 h,加料顺序为先加入没食子酸、后加入硫酸铝,所得的产品改性效果最好。 In this study, the basic properties of porcine acellular dermal matrix (pADM)which was modified with gallic acid and aluminium were studied by the single factor experiment. The influence of gallic acid and aluminium ratio, the alkaline pH value, the reaction time and material adding sequence on the crosslinking modification of pADM were discussed respectively, at the same time in order to determine which is the optimum technology project, the property characterization and project evaluation of modified products were carried out. The results showed that gallic acid and aluminium ratio was 1.0:1.0, alkaline pH was 5.5, the reaction time was 3 h and adding gallic acid first then alumina, the modification effect of products was the best.
