摘要
目的:总结结核性支气管扩张症的手术治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院20年共52例结核性支气管扩张症的临床资料。结果:结核性支气管扩张症患者病情迁延时间长,临床表现症状重,咯血病人多,危及生命因素大,手术切除病肺能够彻底治疗疾病。结论:外科手术治疗结核性支气管扩张症疗效肯定,治愈率高。
Objective To sum up the surgical treatment of tuberculous bronchiectasis.Method The clinical data in 52 cases of tuberculous bronchiectasis of patients during 20 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results Tuberculous bronchiectasis patients with persistent disease for a long time,have clinical manifestations of severe symptoms and many patients hemoptysis.The life threatening factors is large.Surgical resection of lung disease can treat the disease thoroughly.Conclusion The curative effect of surgical treatment on tuberculous bronchiectasis is affirmative and the cure rate is high.
