口含冰对化疗所致口腔、咽喉、食道黏膜炎的治疗效果

摘要 目的:探讨四氢叶酸钙溶液冰块与口含冰块相结合对口腔、咽、食道等黏膜炎的防治效果。方法:将131名患者分为实验组(97例)与对照组(34例),再将实验组分为甲组(36例,采用四氢叶酸钙溶液冰块与口含冰相结合治疗)、乙组(29例,仅采用四氢叶酸钙溶液冰块治疗)、丙组(32例,仅采用口含冰块治疗),结合观察标准进行观察与记录。结果:实验组患者均能较好地耐受冷刺激,实验效果为甲组>乙组>丙组>对照组。结论:四氢叶酸钙溶液冰块与口含冰块相结合,对黏膜炎的防治效果较明显。
