摘要
简述了计算机绘制理化检测数据直方图、计算工序能力指数的步骤 ,通过对直方图的观察分析 ,可发现质量异常情况 ,而工序能力指数可定量分析质量保证能力。
This paper summarizes steps of histogram drawing and the process ability index calculating about physical testing and chemical analysis data by computer. Abnormal condition can be found by observing the histogram, and the process ability index can be used to analyse the ability for quality assurance.
