摘要
目前,开发基于工作过程的航海英语听力与会话课程面临着传统的学科体系教育模式的束缚、相关教师业务能力不高、教学组织不够科学等问题,通过提高航海英语教师职业教育教学能力、建设真实工作环境的实训基地、建立相应的教学管理机制和评价机制等措施可克服这些问题,促进基于工作过程的航海英语听力与会话课程的开发。
At present,there are problems of traditional scientific teaching model binding up,teachers' lower ability and less-scientific teaching organization for developing listening and conversation course of navigation English based on work process.The problem can be solved by means of enhancing teachers' teaching ability,constructing practice and train bases,setting up teaching management system and evaluation system to promote the course development of navigation listening and conversation course based on work process.
