摘要
在分析了现有公路收费理论与标准确定方法的基础上,根据一般道路网络的系统特性,阐述了收费系统组成要素之间的博弈关系,建立了相应条件下的双层规划博弈模型。结合实例,运用基本的遗传算法（GA）,对某高速公路的收费费率的确定进行了优化运算。
Based on the analysis of current pay theory and standard definition way of our highway and considering the system properties of common highway network, this paper illustrates the game relationship among component factors of pay system and sets up double-plan game model under corresponding conditions. Taking real examples and with basic genetic algorithm the paper optically calculated the definition of fee rate for a pay expressway.
