摘要
对《道路交通安全法》中体现出来的秩序和效率相统一原则、保护交通参与人合法权益原则、科学管理和依法管理相结合原则、方便群众原则、维护道路交通秩序全社会有责原则、过罚相当的法律追究原则、教育与处罚相结合原则、权利与义务均衡原则以及道路交通安全管理与经济建设和社会发展相适应原则进行了讨论。
Principles existed in Road Traffic Safe Law, for example, the principle of unity of sequence and effect, the principle of logical rights protection of traffic participation, the principle of combination of scientific management and logical management, the principle of serving people, the principle of whole society responsibility for maintain road traffic sequence, the principle of punishment investigated under law, the principle of combination of inculcation and punishment, the balance principle of rights and duties, the principle of coordination of road traffic safety management, economic construction and social development, are discussed in this paper.
