摘要
实体经济是人类社会赖以生存和发展的基础,是一国市场稳定运行的最广泛基础。它直接与民生疾苦和企业生存联系在一起,越是在经济结构经历深刻变革的时期,"实体经济"的稳定运行对于维护社会经济秩序往往越重要。当前我国在发展实体经济方面面临的挑战,主要是产业利润空间越来越小,存在着繁重的税费、利息负担,大部分中小企业银行融资困难,虚拟经济与实体经济收益形成鲜明对比,全球经济增速减缓造成需求不足等。我国应抓住发展的重要机遇,全面提高国家、产业乃至企业的竞争力,大力发展实体经济。
The real economy is the survival and development foundation of the human society and the most extensive base for the stable market operation in a country. It correlates directly with the people＇s livelihood and the survival of businesses. The stable operation of the real economy is more important for maintaining social and economic order when the economic structure is experiencing a deep-going re- form. In developing the real economy, challenges facing China now include the narrow profit margin of industries; heavy burden of taxes, dues and interest; difficult bank financing for SMEs; distinct profit contrast between the fictitious economy and the real economy; and the insufficient demand caused by the slowdown of global economic growth speed. China must seize the important development opportunity and vigorously develop the real economy to increase the overall competitiveness of the state, industries and enterprises.
