摘要 雷帕霉素,又名西罗莫司,是从链球菌中提取的大环内酯类药物。雷帕霉素具有免疫抑制作用,长期单独或联合应用,抑制器官移植后的免疫排斥反应。哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammaliantargetofrapamycin,mTOR)通路广泛存在于机体细胞质内,主要功能是依据细胞营养状态调节细胞的增殖及分化,而且对细胞自噬、新陈代谢及核糖体形成等都有调控作用。 Rapamycin; Neuroprotection; Autophagy
