The progress of hepatitis C chronic infection in the immunemechanism

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)是肝硬化和肝癌的主要原因之一,目前全球超过1.7亿人感染HCV。在HCV感染的急性阶段,宿主调动起天然免疫和适应免疫系统以达到清除病毒的目的^[1]。但仍有约80%急性感染者最终会慢性化。
