摘要
本文设计了基于LabVIEW软件平台、模糊PID控制算法及PCI6221数据采集卡的自动移液滴定系统。系统应用两种不同的控制方法:固定脉冲控制法与自适应Fuzzy-PID控制法,对两相贯通轴步进电机的脉冲频率、占空比和步进角度等进行控制,从而达到精确移液滴定的目的。着重介绍了自适应Fuzzy-PID控制方法,并与固定脉冲控制滴定系统进行对比。该系统具有良好的软件交互界面,程序简洁,易于升级开发。应用于滴定分析实验中,滴定精度可达99.94%,运行效果良好。
An automatic pipetting titration system based on LabVIEW software platform and Fuzzy-PID control algorithm and data acquisition card are designed.System application in two different control method: fixed-parameter control method and adaptive Fuzzy-PID control method,to control the two-phase and through shaft stepper motor pulse frequency,duty cycle and the step angle,so as to achieve the purpose of accurate pipetting and titration.Highlights adaptive Fuzzy-PID control methods,and contrast with the fixed-parameter control system.The system has a good software interface,a simple program,and easy to upgrade the development.Used in titration analysis of the experiments,the titration accuracy of 99.94%,the effect is good.
