摘要
目的研究葛根总黄酮分散片的处方工艺,并进行溶出度测定。方法采用单因素考察及正交试验,以分散均匀性为指标筛选出葛根总黄酮分散片的最佳处方与工艺。结果根据优化处方工艺制备的葛根总黄酮分散片的崩解时间为50 s,分散均匀性好;分散片体外释药参数T50和Td明显比市售愈风宁心片的溶出参数小(P<0.01)。结论所制备的葛根总黄酮分散片具有崩解快,分散均匀,有效成分溶出速率快的特性。
Objective To optimize the shaping technology of Radix Puerariae flavones dispersible tablets and study the release characteristics in vitro. Methods The single factor test and orthogonal design were used to obtain the optimal formulation with the disintegrating time as index. Results The disintegration time of optimized tablets was in 50 seconds, and the dispersible uniform was excellent. The released rate parameters of dispersible tablets were remarkably smaller than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Radix Puerariae dispersible tablets had the characteristics of fast and homogeneously dispersing and quick releasing of active constituents.
