摘要
针对目前火电厂钢球磨煤机因使用的钢球容易出现变形、破碎、表面凹陷等而引发的高耗能问题,依据300 MW机组正常运行对钢球磨损的要求,介绍了一种径向热加工、处理更均匀的新型钢球。其特点是钢球能随磨煤机运行外表面均衡磨损,降低变形报废的概率,且耐磨性更好、使用寿命更长。试用新型钢球及调整钢球级配方案后,磨煤机的初装球重量可减少45%,磨煤单耗和球耗率可降低40%及30%以上,节能降耗明显,经济效益显著。
Aiming at high energy consumption problems of steel ball coal mill in thermal power plant for reasons of that the ball used is easy to be deformed, broken and depressed in its surface, this paper introduces one kind of new steel ball of ra- dial hot working and uniform process according to requirements for steel wearing for normal operation of 300 MW unit. The characteristic of this new steel ball is that surface of the ball will be worn in uniformity with operation of the coal mill which may reduce rejection rate caused by deformation and its wear-resisting property is better with longer service life. After trying out the new steel ball and adjusting matching scheme, initial ball loading weight of the coal mill reduces 45%, single con- sumption of grinding coal reduces 40% or more and steel ball consumption rate reduces more than 30% which shows obvious energy saving and consumption reducing and remarkable economic benefits.
