摘要
水电站运行人员通过对设备运行状态的监测与分析,及时了解设备健康状况,以提高运行可靠性、保障设备安全,并为设备维护决策提供依据。为提高设备分析效率和可靠性,在对运行人员开展运行状态监测与分析的方法、流程进行深入调研的基础上,采用信息集成、数字化技术,设计并开发了运行人员设备分析支持系统,模拟运行人员进行设备分析的过程,自动地进行设备运行状态统计、状态变化趋势对比、状态关联分析、专项分析,并采用报表、趋势曲线、棒图、三维可视化等形式,描述状态信息与分析结果,为运行人员进行设备分析提供支持。目前,该系统已成功应用于葛洲坝电站。现场应用实例表明,系统具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。
Operators of hydro power station can realize health state of equipments by monitoring and analyzing operational conditions of equipments in order to improve operational reliability, ensure safety of equipments and provide basis for equip- ment maintenance decision. For improving equipment analysis efficiency and reliability, this paper adopts information inte- gration and digitization technology on the basis of going deep into studying and concluding operational condition monitoring and analysis method and flow. It designs and develops equipment analysis and support system for operators which can simu- late process of equipment analysis and automatically proceed operational state statistic, state change trend comparison, state association analysis and special analysis for equipments. It describes state information and analysis result by adopting forms of journal sheet, trend curve, bar graph and three-dimension visualization in order to provide support for equipment analysis for operators. At present, this system has been successfully applied in Gezhouba hydro power station and application practice shows that this system is provided with good application prospect and promotional value.
