摘要
目的通过对158例过敏性鼻炎儿童患者检测14种食物特异性IgG抗体,初步研究过敏性鼻炎与食物不耐受的关系。方法对158过敏性鼻炎儿童患者抽取静脉血,取血清检测食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体。结果 158例患者中有126例检测结果阳性,占79.74%,其中对1种食物不耐受的39例(24.68%),对两种的44例(27.85%),3种的26例(16.45%),4种的15例(9.5%),对5种和6种食物不耐受的各一例。将不同种食物的特异性IgG抗体数值做两两比较,采用Kruskal-Wallis检验,结果显示鸡蛋与其他各组食物之间,差异有统计学意义P<0.05,而其他各组食物之间两两比较,差异无统计学意义P>0.05。结论鸡蛋较其他食物易引起过敏性鼻炎儿童患者食物不耐受。有过敏性鼻炎家族史的婴幼儿要慎重添加鸡蛋做辅食。
Objective To investigate the relationship between food intolerance and allergic rhinitis.Methods Test 14 kinds of food specific IgG in children with allergic rhinitis(158 cases).Results 126 cases were positive(79.74%).39 cases(24.68%) had positive results to one kind of food.44 cases(27.85%) to two kinds of food.26 cases(16.45%) to three kinds of food.15 cases(9.5%) to four kinds of food.1 case to five and 1 case to six kinds of food.We used Kruskal-Wallis test to compare the results of two different kinds of food and find that egg had statistical difference with any other foods(P0.05).Conclusion Compare to other foods,egg is easier to cause food intolerance in children with allergic rhinitis.Parents should better not add egg for babies with allergic rhinitis family history.
