摘要
目的:探讨围手术期实施优质护理对于经皮肾镜碎石术的高龄患者的影响。方法:对55例高龄患者围手术期提供包括专业护理、基础护理、生活护理的全程优质护理服务。结果:55例高龄患者均彻底清除结石,无严重不良反应发生,患者满意度为100%。结论:优质护理对于高龄患者经皮肾镜碎石术后的康复起到重要作用。
Objectives ： The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of perioperative high quality nursing for high risk pa- tients in pereutaneous nephrolithotomy. A total of 55 patients with high risk factor undertook percutaneous nephrolithotomy received high quality perioperative nursing service, which consisted of basic nursing, professional nursing and living nursing. As a result, 55 patients all recovered without severe side -effects. Patients＇ satisfaction reached 100%. Therefore, it is concluded that periopera- tive high quality nursing service has a significant positive effect on patients＇ recovery after percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
