摘要
采用人参水提取液 ,对小鼠的试验研究表明 :人参提取物能有效提高心、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,降低过氧化脂质 (LP0 )和脂褐素含量 ,拮抗过氧化损伤 。
In this Paper,we used mice as experimental animals.The results indicated that extract of the Ginseng(P.schin-seng Nees.PssN)could increase the activity of superoxide dismutage(SOD)in heart and brain tissues,decreased the content of lipid peroxide(LPO)and lipofuscin.Extract of PssN had the effect of inhibiting the peroxide damage and antiaging action in heart and brain tissues.
