摘要 介绍了空间双斜孔以及常用的加工方法,分析了万向铣头转角与空间孔轴线在两垂直面内投影角之间的数值关系,并推导出公式。通过编辑程序求出万向铣头在两个面内的转角,从而利用数控镗床完成空间双斜孔的加工。在实际生产应用中,证明此种方法完全可行,它解决了一些特殊孔不容易加工的难题,在工件进行一次装夹的情况下,完成钻孔、扩孔、攻丝等工步,不但提高了加工双斜孔的精度,而且大大地提高了加工的效率。 This paper has introduced the space double inclined hole and the common used processing methods,and analyzed the numerical relationship between projection angles of universal milling head rotation angle and space hole axis in the two vertical planes,and deduced the formula.The rotation angle of universal milling head in the two planes is obtained based on editing program.Then the CNC boring machine is used to complete the machining of space double inclined hole.In the practical production and application,it is proved that this method is safe and feasible.It has solved the problem of some special holes difficult to process.In the case of workpiece in a fixture,the steps of drilling,reaming and tapping have been completed,which not only improve the accuracy of processing double inclined hole,but also greatly improve the processing efficiency.
