摘要
带状疱疹为水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的一种常见的皮肤疾病,沿神经走行分布,多有典型症状,因发病部位不固定,出疹前无特异表现,因此常被误诊。现回顾分析我科以腹痛为首发症状误诊为消化系统疾病的3例带状疱疹,以探讨误诊的原因,以便在以后的临床工作中加以鉴别。
Herpes zoster is the common skin-disease caused by Varicella -zoster virus, along by the nerve. There are more typical symptoms, but for the focus position is not fixed, and there is no special performance, it is often misdiagnosed. Now we retrospective analysis of the three cases of herpes zoster with abdominal pain as early symptoms misdiagnosed as digestive system diseases, discuss the misdiagnosis reason, in order to identify the disease in the clinical work.
