摘要
利用DZ-4000(Ⅲ)多功能表面强化机,以纯氩气为保护气体,92WC-8Co为电极,在45钢表面沉积WC-8Co涂层。用正交实验方法设计实验方案,通过试件表面粗糙度、涂层厚度和硬度的缺陷选择沉积时间、输出电压、输出频率和输出电容。最佳工艺参数为:10min、80V、3kHz、180μF,此时涂层没有明显的微裂缝和气泡等缺陷,电极和基体之间没有明显的界限,结合较好,厚度64μm,显微硬度1421HV。
The WC-8Co coating was deposited on 45 steel surface by DZ-4000(III) multifunctional surface strengthening device which used pure argon gas as shielding atmosphere and 92WC-8Co as electrode. The experiment scheme was designed through the orthogonal experiment method and the deposition time, output voltage, fi'equency and capacitor according were choose. The surface roughness of specimen and thickness and hardness of coating were measured. The results show that the best process parameters are 10 rain, 80 V, 3 kHz and 180 IxF, in this case, the coating have no obvious defect such as micro cracks and bubbles, there is no obvious boundaries and excellent combination between the electrode and matrix, the thickness is 64 μm and the micro hardness is 1421 HV.
