摘要 对十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)改性膨润土处理含酚废水进行了研究。通过实验考察了吸附温度、吸附时间、废水的pH和改性膨润土加入量对废水中酚去除率的影响。实验结果表明,改性膨润土处理含酚废水的其最佳工艺条件为:吸附温度为25℃、吸附时间为60 min、废水的pH为5、改性膨润土加入量为2.5 g。在此条件下可使50 mL模拟含酚废水中酚浓度由1 000 mg/L降到77.9mg/L,酚去除率达92.21%。 The treatment of phenol wastewater over bentonite modified with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) was studied.Through experiments,effects of adsorbing temperature,adsorbing time,pH of wastewater and modified bentonite dosage on removal rate of phenol in the wastewater were investigated.The experimental results show that the optimum adsorption conditions are as follows: adsorbing temperature 25 ℃,adsorbing time 60 min,pH of wastewater 5,modified bentonite dosage 2.5 g.Under above conditions,the concentration of phenol in wastewater can be decreased from 1 000 mg/L to 77.9 mg/L in 50 mL simulated phenol wastewater,the removal rate of phenol can reach 92.21%.
