摘要
目的通过对某黄金提纯加工项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,旨在加强对黄金提纯加工企业的职业病危害进行有效控制,保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测法、定量分级法、检查表分析法和职业健康检查法相结合的方法进行评价。结果作业场所中化学毒物浓度检测提示各危害因素接触水平及危害程度均较低,检测汞的1个样品短时浓度超限值,该建设项目工作场所中的化学毒物、噪声、粉尘等浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生标准的有关要求。结论该建设项目高度重视职业病危害防治工作,开发利用新型高温高压无氰解吸技术黄金提纯工艺,针对主要职业病危害因素采取了相应的防护措施,降低了职业病危害因素的浓度(强度),控制效果评价良好。
[Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a gold purification processing project,strengthen the effective control of occupational hazards in gold purification processing enterprises,and protect the health of workers.[Methods]The field occupational health investigation,occupational health inspection,quantitative classification,check list method and occupation health examination were adopted in evaluation.[Results]The detection of chemical toxicant concentration in workplace showed that the exposure level and hazard degree of hazards were low,and only one sample was unqualified for short term concentration of mercury.The concentration（intensity） of the chemical toxicant,noise and dust in the workplace of this project accorded with the requirements of national occupational health standards.[Conclusion]This construction project pays high attention to prevention and control of occupational hazards,has developed and implemented a new technology of high temperature and high pressure cyanide free desorption gold purification,carried out related protective measures according to main occupational hazards,so as to reduce the concentration（intensity） of occupational hazard factors,which the control effect is good.
