摘要
概述了己二酸的生产技术及其进展,分析了国内外己二酸的供需现状及发展前景。2011年,全世界己二酸的生产能力为316.7万t/a,消费量为276.3万t,预计2016年消费量将达到约315.0万t。近年来,我国己二酸生产能力得到较快发展,截止到2012年8月底,生产能力已经达到92.0万t/a,2011年我国己二酸的表观消费量为72.8万t,预计2016年消费量将达到约100.0万t。随着今后几年多套新建或者扩建装置的建成投产,我国己二酸未来市场竞争将十分激烈。国内相关企业今后应该慎重新建装置,不断开发新技术,调整产品结构,积极扩大出口,以确保该行业健康、快速发展。
The production technology of adiopic acid and its development are summarized. The production and consumption situation of adiopic acid at home and abroad are analysed.The production capacity of adiopic acid was about 3167kt/a in 2011,with total consumption about 2763kt in the world.It is forecasted that the total consumption of adiopic acid will reach about 3150kt in 2016.The production capacity of adiopic acid in China was about 920kt/a in 2012 year,with total consumption about 728kt in 2011.It is forecasted that the total consumption will reach about 1000kt in 2016 year.The suggestions for the development of adiopic acid in China are put forward including actively developing new technologies, developing new application fileds.With the production capacity increase of new construction plants and,the market competition will be more intense. To ensure the healthy and rapid development of adiopic acid industry,the domestic enterprises should becautious for buliding new device,with developing new technology,adjusting product structure and expanding export.
