摘要
目的:探讨加味大柴胡汤对实验性豚鼠胆囊炎的影响。方法:取350～450 g豚鼠50只,给予盐酸林可霉素60 mg.kg-1.d-1,皮下注射,建立胆囊炎模型,将造模成功的动物随机分为模型组,加味大柴胡汤低、中、高剂量(3.83,7.67,15.33 g.kg-1)组及消炎利胆片(0.25 g.kg-1)组,另取10只作为正常对照组,每组10只,均ig给药,每日1次,给药3周。结果:加味大柴胡汤中、高剂量可显著增加动物胆汁量(P<0.05);中、高剂量可显著降低动物血浆白细胞数(P<0.01);低、中、高剂量可显著降低动物胆囊组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量和TNF-αmRNA的表达(P<0.01～0.05)。结论:加味大柴胡汤具有增加胆囊炎动物胆汁量,降低血浆中白细胞含量和胆囊组织中TNF-α含量和TNF-αmRNA表达的作用,对胆囊炎有一定的治疗作用。
Objective： To observe the influence of Jiawei Dachaihu decoction on experimental guinea pigs eholeeystitis. Method： Fifty guinea pigs （weight between 350-450 g） subcutaneouslyinjeeted by Lincomycin Hydrochloride 60 mg kg-1d-1 everyday to establish choleeystitis model, were randomly divided into mdel, Jiawei Daehaihu decoction low, medium and high dose group, Xiaoyan Lidan tablets group and normal group. The control and model group were given 10 mL kg-1 of distilled water by intragastrie administration once everyday; Jiawei Dachaihu Tang low, medium and high dose group were given 3.83, 7.67, 15.33 g ~ kg-~ by intragastrie administration different concentration decocting with 10 mL kg-1, Xiaoyan Lidan tablets group was given corresponding concentration decocting with 0.25 g kg-1 by intragastric administration, once everyday, administration for three weeks. Result： Jiawei Dachaihu decoction of medium and high dose can significantly increase the volume of bile （P 〈 0.05） , also can significantly reducing the number of white blood cells in plasma （P 〈 0.01 ）. Jiawei Dachaihu decoction of low, medium and high dose can significantly decrease the content of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and expression of TNF-a mRNA in animal gallbladder tissue （P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Jiawei Dachaihu decoction can increase volume of bile, reducing the number of white blood cells in plasma and decrease the content of TNF-α and expression of TNF-a mRNA in animal gallbladder tissue, which suggest there was a certain curative effect on cholecystitis.
