摘要
500kV练塘站是上海电网的重要枢纽变电站。2011年3月12日和3月30日,由于一次设备原因,5107线和5117线相继发生单相永久性接地故障,当时保护动作正确,自动化后台显示无误,但是故障录波器和保护装置所录波形明显不同。从开关保护跟跳、故障波形录入、数字化变电站、IEC 61850通信等方面,对这两起性质相同的线路跳闸事件进行分析和比较,并对厂家提供的软件进行升级和完善录波检测功能提出了建议,用以提高运维人员在突发情况下的应急响应速度和处理事故能力。
The 500kV liantang Station is an important hub of Shanghai Power Grid substation.The 5107 lines and 5117 lines have had single-phase permanent ground fault occurs because of primary equipment on March 12 and March 30,2011.The protection action was correct and the automated background displayed correctly.But the fault recorder and protection devices recorded waveform were significantly different.From the with jump of switch protection,the input of fault waveform,digital substation and the communication of IEC 61850,etc.We analyze and compare the two cases of the same reason line trip event.We require manufacturers to provide software upgrades and give suggestions to improve the recorded wave detection function.To improve emergency response speed and handling of operating personnel in the unexpected case accident ability.
